Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, items must be:

Unused
Undamaged
Returned in their original packaging
Complete with all included accessories, manuals, tags, and documentation

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us immediately at info@petprovac.com with:

Your order number
A description of the issue
Clear photos of the item and packaging

In these situations, Petprovac will cover the full cost of return shipping and offer either:

A replacement item, or
A full refund

For shipping damage claims, please report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.

Change of Mind Returns

If you wish to return an item because:

You ordered the wrong product
The item does not fit
You no longer want the item
Personal preference or suitability reasons

You may still return the product within 30 days, provided it meets the return conditions above.

Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer.

Exchanges

Need a different size, color, or product?

Contact us at info@petprovac.com within the 30-day return period, and our support team will help arrange an exchange subject to product availability.

Item Not Received

If your package has not arrived, please contact us at info@petprovac.com so we can investigate the shipment with the carrier.

If the shipment is confirmed lost in transit, we will offer either:

A replacement shipment, or
A full refund

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products may not be eligible for return.

Any non-returnable items will be clearly identified in the relevant product description before purchase.
