How to Use
- Lie down and position the device under your neck along the ergonomic arch.
- Connect the power adapter and controller.

- Relax for 15–20 minutes; the device will automatically shut off at session end.
- For full-body use, attach the external pads to your chosen area and connect the pulse cord.
