Quick setup guide
- Gently spread the aluminum tripod legs to full extension and lay the center brace flat.
- Fit the telescope tube onto the tripod by aligning the mounting tab with the slot, then secure with the knurled knob.
- Attach the aiming control arm by screwing it into the threaded socket at the rear of the mount.
- Insert the diagonal mirror into the end of the telescope tube.
- Place a 10mm or 25mm eyepiece into the diagonal mirror.
- Remove the dust cap from the large end of the telescope and start observing.
Designed for daytime terrestrial viewing as well as night sky observations, the Moonwatcher offers versatile magnification: up to approximately 90x when using the 10mm eyepiece in combination with the 3x Barlow lens (actual magnification varies with eyepiece and viewing conditions).
