Order Processing & Delivery Times

Orders placed after the cut-off time will be processed on the next business day.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is significantly delayed, lost in transit, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact our customer support team at info@petprovac.com.

We will investigate the shipment with the carrier and, where appropriate, provide either:

  • A replacement shipment, or
  • A full refund

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping information is entered correctly at checkout.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.


Unclaimed Packages

If a package is not accepted upon delivery or is not collected from a postal pickup location within the carrier’s holding period, the package may be returned to sender.

In such cases, Petprovac reserves the right to deduct return handling and administrative costs from the final refund amount where permitted by applicable law.
