How to Use
- Connect electrode pads to the wires and remove the protective film from the pads.
- Place the pads on the target area and plug the wires into the device channels.
- Ensure both pads from each wire are placed on skin together.
- Slide the power switch to turn on the device.
- Press M to select your preferred massage mode.
- Use the + or − buttons to adjust the intensity.
- Press F to switch between low and high frequency.
- Press T to set the session timer—10, 20, or 30 minutes.
