Will this fit my ears? We include a variety of sized earbuds with each hearing aid. You can choose the best fit for you. 99% of our customers get the best fit from one of the three options in your order.
Do I need a hearing test? Not at all. Our devices are configured for the most common types of hearing loss right out of the box and are also very easily adjustable (as shown in the user manual). Generally, they work for most of our customers as is. If your hearing loss isn't as common and our device isn't the right solution for you, let us know within 30 days of receiving your hearing aids and we will refund you in full.
How to use and operate these hearing aids? You can adjust programs and volume using the buttons on your hearing aids or by installing our app on your phone. Connect via Bluetooth to conveniently manage all settings directly from your device.
